Welcome
JOHN 14:1-4
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. 4 You know the way to the place where I am going.”
Our Beliefs
- In one God – the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- That the Old and New Testament scriptures, given by plenary inspiration, contain all truth necessary to faith and Christian living.
- That man is born with a fallen nature and is, therefore, inclined to evil, and that continually.
- That the finally impenitent are hopelessly and eternally lost.
- That the atonement through Christ is for the whole human race; and that whosoever repents and believes in the Lord Jesus Christ is justified and regenerated and saved from the dominion of sin.
- That believers are to be sanctified wholly, subsequent to regeneration, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
- That the Holy Spirit bears witness to the new birth and also the entire sanctification of believers.
- That our Lord will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment will take place.
The mission of the Church of the Nazarene is to make Christlike disciples in the nations. We are a Great Commission church (Matthew 28:19-20).

A Word from our Pastor
Pastor Joseph and Bobbi Ryan
EPHESIANS 3: 7-9
I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace given me through the working of his power. Although I am less than the least of all the Lord’s people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the boundless riches of Christ, and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things.
EPHESIANS 4: 1-3
As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
Ephesians 3:7-9 is a good scripture for my calling as a pastor and one that reverberates with me. Ephesians 4:1-3 is more personal and resonates more with my personal testimony as a believer. I do not believe that I can “save” anybody through what I do, but I do believe that through my preaching and teaching, God has already placed His grace in a heart that is ready to hear and respond to His Word. The Church of the Nazarene has a doctrine of entire sanctification which is a blessing of the Holy Spirit (second act of grace) which comes after salvation, and it allows us through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to not choose to sin. Some people interpret this as a part of salvation, which it is not. This is distinctive to the Church of the Nazarene. We don’t have to “give in” to the prospect of falling into sin by the power of the Holy Spirit who lives in us. I have always had the outlook of the commands of Jesus from Mark 12:30-31 “Love God, Love others.” Take away all of the rules and regulations and it comes down to this. I try to incorporate this simple message into all I do.
